1: The entire process of making a 200 level leveling machine model

1、 Material preparation stage

Using ABS engineering plastic as the main frame material, its excellent toughness and easy processing characteristics are suitable for expressing the structural strength of the equipment. The transmission components are carved with brass rods and precision components such as bearing seats and gear sets are machined through lathes. The workbench is made of 5mm acrylic sheet laser cut, and the surface is sandblasted to simulate a metallic texture. Special details such as the use of medical silicone tubing for heat shrink molding of hydraulic pipes ensure that the bending curvature is consistent with the actual machine.

2、 Manufacturing process of core components

Rack assembly: Assemble ABS panels with mortise and tenon joints according to the drawings, and embed 2mm steel skeleton in key load-bearing areas. Chloroform solvent is used for welding, and 800 grit sandpaper is used to polish the joints to eliminate step differences.

Roller system: The brass roller core is nested and combined with the ABS coating layer, and then trimmed to a roundness of ± 0.1mm using a micro lathe. Install 3D printed 304 stainless steel simulated bearing seats at both ends of each set of rollers.

Hydraulic device: using transparent resin to pour the oil cylinder, with a red dye suspension embedded inside, and a micro solenoid valve to achieve dynamic effects. The pipeline system adopts hot air gun shaped silicone tubing, and metal clamp fasteners are installed at the turning points.

3、 Surface treatment technology

Base treatment: Spray gray water soil on the entire model, inspect for defects after UV lamp curing. Hand repair the mechanical transmission parts and create scratches using a carving knife.

Color separation spraying: The main frame adopts matte dark gray car paint, and the moving parts use chrome silver color separation. Use 0.3mm masking tape to achieve color separation boundaries for equipment warning signs.

Industrial texture enhancement: Apply dry cleaning process with graphite powder on the workbench, and apply transparent orange simulated oil stains on the hydraulic parts. The transmission gear set shows residual lubricating oil with brown cleaning solution.

4、 Dynamic effect implementation

Install a 12V micro motor in the concealed compartment of the base, and drive the upper roller group through a magnetic coupling. Control circuit integrated with Arduino module, achieving 0-5rpm stepless speed regulation. The lighting system adopts fiber optic light guidance, and the actual machine status indicator lights are restored at the operation panel.
