Community architectural models are vital for real estate enterprises to showcase residential layouts, supporting facilities, and living environments to international clients. Material selection prioritizes durability, realism, and export-friendliness. The main residential buildings are made of high-grade ABS boards, which are lightweight, easy to process, and resistant to deformation, ensuring safe long-distance transportation. High-transmittance acrylic is used for windows and glass railings to restore the lightness of real buildings. Simulated turf, micro trees, and miniature decorative plants are adopted for community green spaces, while high-density wood boards form the stable base. Eco-friendly adhesives, non-toxic spray paints, and UV-printed labels are used to meet international environmental and safety standards.
The production process is systematic and precise. First, we convert community architectural drawings into scaled 3D models, confirming the proportion of residential buildings, green areas, and supporting facilities. Then, laser cutting is used to process ABS boards into building components, which are bonded and polished to eliminate seams and burrs. Complex details like balconies, eaves, and community gates are made with 3D printing to ensure precision.
Next, we assemble community supporting facilities, including simulated kindergartens, community service centers, roads, and parking lots. Miniature LED lights are embedded in buildings and roads to simulate night lighting effects, enhancing the display appeal. Finally, we spray residential-friendly colors, apply a matte clear coat for scratch resistance, and add UV-printed community labels. Each model undergoes strict inspection to ensure structural stability and detail accuracy, packaged securely for global delivery.
