Low-Carbon Eco-Friendly Urban Planning Sand Table Model Production Case Study

Production Process:
We utilise advanced 3D modelling software to meticulously outline the preliminary blueprint of the urban planning, ensuring the model structure is reasonable and aligns with low-carbon eco-friendly principles. Subsequently, precise 3D printing technology is employed to render building and road models, with every detail showcasing craftsmanship. Bridges, trees, and other landscapes are hand-carved to impart a vibrant natural charm to the model.
Material Selection:
The main structure is made from eco-friendly ABS plastic, ensuring both durability and ease of fabrication. Buildings are constructed using transparent acrylic panels, enhancing visual appeal while embodying the concept of low-carbon transparency. For roads and rivers, we employ blue transparent resin to perfectly simulate real-world water environments.
Post-processing and Painting:
During the painting process, we strictly use eco-friendly water-based paint, which is vibrant in colour and non-toxic, ensuring the model's environmental friendliness. Hand-painted lighting effects and vegetation details make the model more lifelike. Additionally, LED light strips are cleverly integrated to simulate nighttime lighting effects, enhancing the model's technological appeal and visual appeal.
Model Fidelity:
Through meticulous craftsmanship and material selection, our sand table model achieves an overall fidelity of approximately 90%. Every detail is carefully crafted to authentically recreate the grandeur of urban planning.
