Analysis of the entire process of making a mobile energy storage vehicle model
1、 Design and Planning Stage
Proportional calibration
Scale the real vehicle model data at a 1:10 ratio to ensure accurate correspondence between the 2-meter model and the 20 meter actual vehicle
Focus on restoring the opening and closing structure of energy storage cabin doors, hydraulic support legs, and other characteristic components, and simulate assembly through 3D digital models

Functional zoning
Energy storage system display area: Adopting a transparent cabin design, the internal battery modules are arranged in a realistic way
Mechanical transmission demonstration area: equipped with movable hydraulic support legs and cable interfaces, supporting manual operation demonstration
Vehicle structure display area: Accurately restore industrial details such as sheet metal joints and ventilation openings
2、 Material selection and processing
Vehicle body frame
The main material is 3mm acrylic sheet, and curved parts are produced through laser cutting and hot bending forming processes
Pre embedded stainless steel skeleton in key load-bearing areas, seamless splicing using epoxy resin adhesive
Energy storage system
The transparent cabin is made of 5mm thick PC board, CNC engraved and polished
The internal battery module is 3D printed with lightweight resin material and can be disassembled and displayed through a magnetic attraction device
Mechanical components
The hydraulic support legs are formed by CNC milling of 6061 aluminum alloy and equipped with micro cylinders to achieve telescopic function
Small components such as cable interfaces are printed with photosensitive resin, and the surface is treated with aging to enhance realism
Decorative components
Non bearing parts are carved with high-density foam, and the surface is covered with glass fiber reinforced plastic filler to enhance strength
Vehicle logos, warning signs, etc. are directly printed on acrylic surfaces using UV printing technology
3、 Core manufacturing process
Modular assembly process
Phase 1: Build the basic framework and complete the body assembly of the vehicle
Phase 2: Install energy storage system and mechanical transmission components, debug movable functions
Phase three: carry out detailed decoration, including window film, identification installation, etc
Functional Implementation Technology
Hydraulic leg support system: micro cylinder with proportional valve control, stroke accuracy controlled within ± 2mm
Battery pack status display: Built in LED light strip, simulating the charging and discharging process through color temperature changes
Key points of detail handling
The explosion-proof film for car windows adopts electrostatic adsorption technology to avoid the generation of bubbles
All seams are filled with atomic ash and sanded with 2000 grit sandpaper until completely flat
4、 Post processing standards
Painting process
Primer: Spray epoxy resin primer, sand with 120 grit sandpaper until the surface is free of particles
Topcoat: Polyurethane automotive paint adopts the "wet spray wet" process, with three thin sprays to ensure uniformity
Varnish: Matte polyurethane varnish, spray thickness strictly controlled at 50-60 μ m
Mounting standards
The reflective strip uses 3M diamond grade reflective film, which is precisely adhered to the original curvature of the car
Warning signs are printed with UV cured ink, with sharp edges and no burrs
Surface treatment
Metal parts: First, enamel paint stains are washed, and then dry sweeping techniques are used to highlight mechanical wear and tear
Matte area: When spraying matte varnish, maintain a mist distance of 15-20cm to ensure even coverage
