Case Study of Quantum Bit Experimental Model Production
In the current era of quantum technology, quantum bit experimental models have become exquisite objects showcasing the charm of cutting-edge technology. Our factory is fortunate to have undertaken the task of producing a high fidelity quantum bit experimental model, with a target fidelity of around 90%. Below is the production process shared with you.
Material selection
In order to perfectly present the characteristics of the quantum bit experimental model, we have been extremely careful in material selection. The main frame is made of high-strength transparent acrylic board, which not only has high transparency and can clearly display the complex internal structure, but also has a hard texture, ensuring the stability of the model. The internal quantum bit simulation component is made of brass material, which has a metallic luster and good processing performance, allowing it to accurately shape various fine shapes and simulate the texture of real quantum bits. The wiring connecting various components uses colored thin wires with insulated outer skin, which not only ensures the simulation of conductivity but also adds visual richness.
Production process

The production process is the key to the success of the model. We first cut and polish the acrylic board accurately according to the design drawings to ensure the flatness and dimensional accuracy of each surface. Brass components are made through precision casting and mechanical processing. First, a mold is created, and then brass material is injected into the mold. After multiple processes such as cooling and polishing, it reaches the desired shape and surface finish. During the assembly process, the workers carefully assemble each component according to the structure of the real quantum bit experimental device, using special screws and glue to fix them, ensuring the firmness of the connection and the accuracy of the position. Colorful thin wires are wired according to the designed route and connected to various components through welding to ensure smooth and aesthetically pleasing wiring.
Post processing and coloring
After the model assembly is completed, it enters the post-processing and coloring stage. We will first thoroughly clean and polish the surface of the model to remove any possible stains and burrs. Then, the brass components are surface treated using electroplating technology to present a brighter and more durable metallic color. For acrylic sheets, spray a layer of scratch resistant coating to increase their wear resistance. In order to make the model more realistic, blue lighting effects were added to some key areas to simulate the working state of a real experimental setup.
