Case Study of Building Villa Model Production

Material selection
In order to perfectly replicate the delicacy and grandeur of the villa, we are extremely meticulous in our material selection. The main body of the villa adopts high-density foam board, which is lightweight and easy to cut and shape, and can accurately present the outline and lines of the villa. The doors and windows of the villa are made of transparent acrylic panels, which have high transparency and can simulate the texture and transparency of real glass very well. The roof is made of black hard plastic panels, which have a hard texture and can perfectly showcase the flatness and atmosphere of the roof. The landscape around the villa features a green velvet lawn that is soft and brightly colored; Trees adopt plastic vegetation models of different specifications and colors, with realistic shapes; The path is paved with gray stone powder, with a delicate texture.
Production process
The production process is the key to the success or failure of the model. We first cut the foam board into the shapes of various parts of the villa with professional cutting tools according to the design drawings, and then build the main frame of the villa through splicing and bonding. Further sculpt and decorate the framework to create the contours of doors and windows and the texture of walls. The doors and windows made of acrylic panels are precisely installed in the corresponding positions to ensure a tight fit with the main frame. After cutting and polishing, the black hard plastic board is evenly covered on the roof position. For the landscape section, we will first lay a green velvet cloth flat on the model base as a lawn. Then, according to the design layout, carefully insert the plastic vegetation model into the lawn to create a natural distribution of trees. Finally, lay a winding path with stone powder and compact and trim it with tools.
Post processing and coloring
After the model is basically formed, it enters the post-processing and coloring stage. We will first conduct a comprehensive cleaning of the entire model to remove dust and debris. Next, use paint to color the main body of the villa, mix the appropriate color according to the design requirements, and spray evenly with a spray gun to make the color transition naturally. Use fine pens to depict the details of the doors and windows to increase their three-dimensional effect. The black plastic panel on the roof has been specially treated to present a slight luster, making it more realistic. In the landscape section, trim and tidy the lawn to make the texture of the velvet fabric more natural. The tree model has also undergone appropriate color adjustments to make it more harmonious with the overall environment.
After a series of meticulous production, this villa model is presented to customers with a high degree of restoration, as if the real villa is miniature in front of them, and every detail demonstrates our craftsmanship and professionalism.
