For material selection and production process, high-transmittance acrylic plates and high-strength composite materials are used as main raw materials. CNC carving and thermal bending forming processes are applied to shape the smooth transparent body shell. Simulated components including battery modules, drive motors, pipeline connectors, suspension parts, wheel hubs and taillights are separately processed. After forming, all parts are polished. Multi-layer painting is carried out to restore the texture of each component. High-voltage wiring harnesses are arranged and fixed according to the real vehicle route. All components are assembled in precise alignment, and joints are finely trimmed. The transparent shell is guaranteed scratch-free with clear internal layers, so the model has a coordinated shape and stable structure.

After delivery, the transparent vehicle model maintains the streamlined appearance of passenger cars.
