Charging Pile Model Manufacturing Process Documentation
I. Base Forming Stage

Main Frame: Made of 6061 aerospace aluminum CNC precision machining, with steel counterweights embedded inside the columns to ensure stability
Outer Shell Components: Made of ABS engineering plastic injection molding, with a sandblasted finish for a matte texture
Cable Components: TPU soft rubber molded, with built-in memory steel wires for flexible bending and shaping.
2. Detail Reproduction Process
Charging Gun Head: Zinc alloy die-cast with mirror polishing, featuring a magnetic, replaceable connector embedded in the socket.
Display Screen: 0.8mm ultra-thin acrylic UV printing, with backlighting using a layered light guide plate design.
Heat dissipation grille: Laser-cut stainless steel mesh with manually welded angled frames
III. Surface Treatment Technology
Primer treatment: Entire piece coated with automotive-grade epoxy primer, baked at 60°C for 2 hours
Color separation spraying: Using Tamiya TS series specialty paint, color separation masking error controlled within 0.3mm
Weathering treatment: Dry brushing technique to simulate equipment usage marks, with oil stain wash effects applied to key areas
4. Assembly quality inspection process
Torque screwdriver used to tighten critical areas in three stages
Charging indicator light flashes at actual operating frequency during dynamic testing
Final quality inspection conducted under D65 standard light source for color difference comparison
