Flying Car Model Production Process

I. Model Preparation Stage
Select high-precision 3D model files
Divide the entire model into three major modules: body, rotor assembly, and chassis structure
II. Printing Material Selection
Main structure: Matte-finish PLA material
Transparent parts: Photopolymer resin
Moving joints: Flexible TPU material
III. Key Printing Points
Print the body with a layer thickness of 0.1mm
Rotor blades require support structures
Wheels are recommended to be printed separately and assembled later
4. Post-processing techniques
Surface treatment:
Sand the seams with 400-600 grit sandpaper
Fill layer lines with epoxy putty
Painting techniques:
First spray a grey primer to check for defects
Main colour recommended: metallic paint applied in separate layers
Outline window edges with enamel paint
5. Dynamic effect implementation
Pre-install micro bearings in rotor shaft holes
Install magnets on the chassis to enable display stand adhesion
Hidden wiring for LED light strips
